a321 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to a321. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and a321 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access and use of all services available at a321.run, including sports betting, live casino, virtual games, bonuses and the VIP loyalty programme.

By registering an account with a321, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and a321. Where there is any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise in writing.

To register and use a321, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a321 operates a strict minimum age policy. We may request identity documents to verify your age at any time and will close accounts where the minimum age requirement is not met.
• You must be acting as an individual and on your own behalf — not as a representative or agent of any other person or entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal incapacity under applicable law, you may not use a321.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with a321 or have been previously banned from the platform for any reason.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant or direct family member of a321's staff or associated business partners where this creates a conflict of interest.

Each eligible person may register one account only at a321. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name or using any other identity — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, a321 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any remaining balances and void any pending or settled bets placed on those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date — if your contact details change, update your account promptly by contacting support.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with anyone. a321 will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately at support@a321.run. a321 is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details with others.

• Accounts must be registered under your real, legal identity — not a pseudonym or someone else's details.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a security compromise promptly.
• a321 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Business accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted on a321.

All transactions at a321 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepting funds from third parties into your a321 account is not permitted and will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

The following payment methods are accepted at a321:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be queued until the balance reaches the threshold.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard accounts within 24 hours; VIP Gold and above typically within 5–10 minutes to Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• a321 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside a321's control.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• a321 may request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal if there is any doubt about account security or identity.

Sports betting on a321 is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are available within each individual market on the platform and form part of the full betting terms.

• Bet placement: A bet is considered final and binding once you have confirmed it and received a bet confirmation notification. a321 will not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet except where permitted under specific market rules.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed during the bet placement process are correct at the time of display. In the event of rapid market movement, your bet will be processed at the odds at the exact moment of confirmation, which may differ from the odds initially shown.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. a321 reserves the right to limit maximum payout on any single bet at its discretion.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to delay to prevent exploitation of information advantages. The delay duration varies by sport and event. a321 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Void bets: a321 reserves the right to void bets where a market was offered in error, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Stakes on voided bets are returned.
• Result disputes: If you believe a result has been settled incorrectly, raise a dispute with support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

Cricket markets at a321 follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches unless stated otherwise in individual market rules. Football markets follow standard FIFA/UEFA rules for the relevant competition unless specifically noted.

Casino and live dealer games at a321 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms.

• Live casino games use physical cards and wheels operated by professional dealers in a certified studio environment. Results are determined by physical randomness observable in real time on the live video stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, a321 systems will record the status of your bet at the point of disconnection. If the round has been dealt, the result will stand. Reconnect to the game to view the settled outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on the live table interface before you join. Bets placed outside these limits will be automatically rejected or capped by the system.

Bonuses and promotional offers at a321 are provided at the platform's discretion and are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus per person, household, payment method or IP address. Players who have previously held an a321 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

The a321 VIP Club rewards active players with loyalty points, tier-based cashback and milestone bonuses. Participation in the VIP Club is automatic for all registered a321 players from their first qualifying wager.

• VIP points are earned on all real-money bets and game wagers. Points earned on bonus funds may be subject to a reduced earn rate as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Tier advancement is based on your cumulative VIP point balance. Tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Advancement is automatic once the required threshold is reached.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the preceding Monday–Sunday period and credited to your account every Monday. Cashback percentages range from 3% (Bronze) to 20% (Diamond).
• VIP Club benefits, tier thresholds and cashback percentages are subject to review and adjustment by a321. Where material changes are made, registered VIP members will be notified via their registered email address.
• VIP points cannot be transferred between accounts, sold or converted to cash. They are used exclusively to determine tier status within the a321 VIP Club.

a321 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest and enjoyable environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or disadvantages other users is strictly prohibited.

• Prohibited activities include: Opening multiple accounts, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes, collusion between players at live tables, providing false identity information and money laundering.
• Odds exploitation: a321 monitors betting patterns for systematic exploitation of incorrectly priced markets or clearly erroneous odds. Where such activity is identified, a321 reserves the right to void affected bets and limit or close the account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider while your a321 account has an active balance is considered fraud. a321 will actively contest chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels.
• Money laundering: a321 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. If a321 reasonably suspects that deposits are being used to launder money, the account will be frozen and funds reported to relevant authorities.

By registering at a321, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the a321 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights with respect to your personal information.

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with identity verification requirements, communicate with you about your account and, where you have given consent, inform you about promotions.
• a321 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies strictly as necessary.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by a321 and to request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• All financial data transmitted between your device and a321 is encrypted using TLS. Payment details are never stored on a321 servers beyond what is required for transaction processing.

a321 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from your account settings at any time:

• Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• VIP points accumulated in your account will be cancelled on closure and cannot be reactivated if you subsequently re-register.
• a321 may close your account without notice where these Terms have been violated, where fraud or money laundering is suspected or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
• Where a321 closes an account due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a321's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

• a321 is not responsible for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the user's side, or events outside a321's reasonable control.
• a321 makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur with or without advance notice.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. a321 is not responsible for gambling losses. By using the platform you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any amount you deposit and wager.
• a321 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any applicable tax liabilities.

a321 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — a321 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered users via the email address registered on their account. For minor or administrative changes, no advance notice may be given.

Your continued use of a321 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new Terms take effect.
